Deadline this week for Women of Influence nominations

Friday (May 13) is the deadline for nominations to be selected for this year's Women of Influence.
To be considered, nominees should be women who have made their mark on Southern Arizona in some significant way. They can be from any walk - from business, education, government or those who might be involved in some other meaningful fashion.
The sky's the limit when it comes to determining how nominees may have made their mark. It could be a sales goal in business. Or a fund-raising program. Possibly an effort to pass a new law. Development of a product or service. Pretty much anything that has impacted our community.
From the nominees, a group of finalists will be selected and profiled in a special section of Inside Tucson Business that is being planned for the June 13 issue. The honorees also will be feted at a special breakfast later this summer.
Nomination forms are available through three ways:
• By e-mail. Ask for one by sending an e-mail to editor@azbiz.com and a pdf version of the form will be sent to you.
• At our Web site. Go to www.azbiz.com and click on the Women of Influence icon at the bottom of the right-hand column.
• Call us. Telephone (520) 294-1200 so we can send you the form by Postal Service mail, fax, or e-mail.
For readers who might want to surprise a particular person with anonymous nomination, just fill out the form as best you can.
Whatever you do, please make sure you return the completed form by Friday.
