‘Creative Class’ guru speaks at TREO annual luncheon

Published on Friday, August 31, 2007

How Tucson might appeal to the young, educated "creative" class will be the topic for Richard Florida, who invented the phrase "creative class," when he talks at this year’s annual luncheon for Tucson Regional Economic Opportunities (TREO).

Florida is the author of The Rise of the Creative Class and The Flight of the Creative Class in which describes how this group can change economies.
