United nonstop flights to
D.C. resume in February

United Airlines will resume daily nonstop flights between Tucson and Dulles International Airport near Washington, D.C., from Feb. 14 to June 2.

The flights are scheduled to depart Tucson at 9:30 a.m., arriving at Dulles at 3:37 p.m. The return departs Dulles at 5:30 p.m. with arrival back in Tucson at 8:40 p.m. United says it will use 120-passenger Airbus A319s with first class, economy plus and regular economy sections.

On its website last week, United was quoting the lowest round-trip fare for the nonstop flight to Dulles at $426.80.
