Realty Executives Southern Arizona gave James J. Tsighis the position of executive coach. With an extensive background as manager, designated broker, practitioner and risk management expert, Tsighis lends his insight and skills to Realty Executive agents. Tsighis has been with the company for 11 years and served as Designated Broker from 1997 to 2004.
Douglas Spegman is the new senior vice president of clinical excellence/chief medical officer for Carondelet Health Network’s hospitals in Southern Arizona. His leadership at Carondelet spans several years in a variety of roles as chief of staff, St. Mary’s Hospital; chair, department of medicine, St. Mary’s; chair, quality committee and member, strategic planning committee of the Carondelet Board of Directors.
Carondelet also named Amy Bieter chief medical officer of St. Mary’s Hospital and Patrick Smith chief medical officer of St. Joseph’s Hospital. Beiter, board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, formerly served as medical director of utilization management at St. Mary’s Hospital. Smith previously served as medical director of utilization management at St. Joseph’s Hospital.

Tibor Nagy, Jr. was ranked as a leader in the field of labor and employment law in the 2008 edition of Chambers USA. The book, which is published annually by Chambers and Partners in London, is designed as a guide for clients and provides law firm and attorney recommendations throughout the United States.
Twelve Tucson high school students (Briana Cockill-University High School, Justin Contreras- Ironwood Ridge High School, Savannah Dotson- Tucson High Magnet School, Leah Edwards-University High School, Kyla Kemp- Desert View High School, Destiny Lopez-Cholla High Magnet School, Chandler Mikel- Rincon High School, Kelly Marie Novak- Sabino High School, Mishari Otaibi-Santa Rita High School, Robin Soliz- Tucson High Magnet School and Ami Todd- Santa Rita High School) have been selected as Youth Ambassadors for the America-Israel Friendship League’s November 2008 trip to New York, Washington, D.C. and Israel. The League was established in 1971 as a proactive grassroots membership organization which provides an outreach platform for the people of the United States and Israel. As a uniquely non-sectarian, not-for-profit, non-political organization, it encompasses Americans and Israelis of all ages, faiths and ethnic backgrounds with shared values, history and interests.
