While the 250-room Ritz-Carlton at Dove Mountain won’t open until late 2009, construction and grassing of the resort’s Jack Nicklaus Signature courses at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club are already complete and the courses will open on Jan. 17, 2009.
The course is the site of the 2009 World Golf Championships Accenture Match Play Championship to be held Feb. 23 - March 1.
The courses’ 27 holes and 50,000-square-foot clubhouse complex represent $6o million of the total $500 million, 850-acre complex, which also includes 300 luxury single-family homes at the Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain.
