The Steak Out Restaurant & Saloon, which has been in Sonoita for almost 30 years is making a move into town with plans to open a second location in the Shops at Tangerine Crossing on the northeast corner of Tangering and Thornydale roads in Marana.
Restaurant owner Michael C. Wystrach Jr. is planning to build a new freestanding building. He has leased 7,200 square-feet and the newly developing center. The plan is to have the restaurant open by February, in time for World Golf Championships Accenture Match Play Championship at nearby Dove Mountain.

Aaron LaPrise of the Harpel Company, which handled the transaction, called it a "very underserved trade area." Brian Harpel of the Harpel Company also worked on the lease.
Wystrach’s father Michael G. Wystrach and mother Grace Wystrach, operate the Sonoita Inn, along with the Steak Out Restaurant & Saloon in Sonoita.
Nimbus opens 2nd tap room
Nimbus Brewing Company may not have its brewery downtown yet but it is getting closer to the University of Arizona campus, opening a second tap room at 2500 E. Sixth St.
The 2,105-square-foot building formerly housed a Long Wong’s restaurant. Nimbus’ main location is at 3850 E. 44th St.
Announcement of the new location came from Brandon Rodgers of CB Richard Ellis, representing the landlord Rich Rodgers Investments Inc.
