The MaRKeT Restaurant Group is made up of Rick Fink and Tom Furth, who founded the Grill at Hacienda del Sol, their sons Matt Furth and Kevin Fink and chef Ramiro Scavo.
Harvest’s menu will focus on featuring locally and regionally sourced ingredients such as grass-fed beef from Oracle, organic vegetables from Willcox, and pecans and walnuts from Bowie. Ingredients will be featured at their peak times and only served when season.

‘Aperitif hour’ at Ghini’s
A little more French joie de vivre has come to Ghini’s French Caffe with the introduction of a “aperitif hour” from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays.
In addition to weekly dinner specials that include mussels, escargot and other traditional French items, there are a variety of wine flights and specialty cocktails. Bottles of wine are priced at $5 off during the aperitif hour.

For as much as we all may look forward to getting together with family and friends for Thanksgiving, the idea of wrestling to prepare the bird might be something better left to someone else.
