It’s always a little depressing when the holidays are over and the decorations come down, but this year it seems even more so. The year has already started off with the closure of one restaurant, another filing Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, and just as I write this, I’m hearing of two more eating establishments that are on the ropes, financially, and may not make it.
