The Fat Greek 2 has an expanded dinner menu as well as a kids menu. The restaurant features homemade baklava, imported fruit preserves, the traditional gyro and a big assortment of vegetarian options, including Greek salads and soups.
These aren’t chain restaurants. The Fat Greek is locally owned by George and Traci Markou.

Philanthropy with Phlavor
As as happened every June for the past nine years, this is Philanthropy with Phlavor month at Pastiche Modern Eatery. Owners Pat and Julie Connors donate 5 percent of sales to charity. Diners designate which local nonprofit they would like to see get 5 percent of their bill.
Philanthropy with Phlavor is a great way to support nonprofits as well as enjoy a wonderful lunch or dinner at one of Tucson’s most well regarded independent restaurants.
